It can be beneficial to the SEO of your site to include the main keywords for a page in the Title and URL of a page. It will give your page a boost in the rankings for those keywords if you include them. Don't go overboard and stuff the title and URL, just pick a keyword or phrase to focus on!
To utilize keywords in the Title and URL of your web pages, do some keyword research (or contact us to help you!) and choose the page's keywords before you create it. Once you have the keywords you plan to use, create a short title for the page containing the keyword(s). When you title the page and then click "Publish", the CMS will automatically create the URL of that page using the words in the title.
