The Community Foundation of Greater Memphis is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that manages about 1,000 charitable funds, with assets of approximately $350 million. Serving West Tennessee, eastern Arkansas, and northern Mississippi, The Community Foundation of Greater Memphis offers a variety of ways to make an impact in the Mid-South community through charitable giving, including GiVE 365.
GIVE 365 is a dollar-a-day giving circle that lets its members pool their money in smaller amounts and make a positive impact in the Mid-South community through grants to nonprofits.
The Community Foundation of Greater Memphis needed an updated website to reflect their rebranding and provide a better user experience. They also needed a more efficient way to direct two different intended audiences -- those who needed the services and expertise of a larger community foundation and those who are new to philanthropy and could benefit from an experience such as GiVE 365.
RocketFuel helped guide the conversation to there being two separate sites. We then partnered with another agency CFGM hired for the rebranding to complete the web design. Both websites were then built with a navigational structure that directs visitors to the other website in a highly visible place on the home page.
